“Chicken Claypot House” is a contemporary, chicken-oriented claypot restaurant, serving delectable cuisines prepared with the finest ingredients in traditional Sichuan style. Our signature dishes which are best known for their pleasant aroma that greets our nostrils from miles away. They are prepared based on a certain secret recipe inherited from generation to generation, until it was discovered and auspiciously came to us today.
With its very first outlet situated in Macalister Road right in the heart of the bustling city centre of UNESCO accredited Georgetown, Chicken Claypot House was an instant hit amongst Penangites, patrons from neighbouring states and even tourists alike. We appeared to be the very first restaurant in Penang to introduce Chicken-based claypot as hotpot, allowing patrons to enjoy traditional Sichuan authenticity while also being able to add on whatever condiments to their hearts content. While the original spicy recipe was being brought all the way from the depths of China, the restaurant has successfully enhanced the taste to suit the locals’ preference with our own inherited food preparation secret.
